English translation

Mona's calendar was full of appointments, tasks and small chores. Even on days off she thought about everything to get done. When a friend asked when she last had a quiet afternoon, she could not answer. She examined how she planned her week. Some tasks were necessary; others could be done less often or shared. She tried short breaks without a specific goal. At first not being constantly productive felt unfamiliar. Gradually breaks helped her focus on what mattered. She did not learn to plan less by ceasing to care. She learned to distinguish urgency from things merely feeling like demands.
