English translation

When both parents started new jobs, the family had to organise daily life differently. They wrote a weekly plan and talked to the children about what would happen. Their father dropped them at nursery on Mondays and Wednesdays, while their mother collected them in the afternoon. On other days they swapped roles. The family also laid out clothes and packed bags the night before. This made mornings calmer. Sometimes plans changed, but the parents then messaged each other. After a few weeks the arrangement worked better. The children knew who was coming, and the adults avoided discussing everything at the last minute.
