English translation

After a consultation Samir discovered he could not explain what would happen next. He understood most words, but the overall meaning was unclear. He contacted them again and requested a brief summary. The employee explained the plan more simply and asked what he remained unsure about. Samir wrote his questions before the next meeting. This time he repeated the information in his own words to check his understanding. The conversation took longer but made him more confident. He learned that nodding did not always mean understanding. He began asking for explanations earlier, especially with unfamiliar technical terms. Good communication meant both clear information and being able to say when something remained unclear.
