Leila received a message saying her parcel was ready. She went to the shop where she could collect it. At the till she showed the message and her identification. The employee found the parcel on a shelf. At home Leila opened it, but the jumper inside was too small. She read the return information and packed the jumper again. The next day she sent it back.
